Assistant Program 

Our assistant program is specifically designed to provide hands-on one -on-one training to help you feel confident not just in your technical skills, but also your confidence in consultation, retail sales, consistent top tier customer service, and social media and personal branding to help you build your book into a clientele you will love to serve.

Our self-paced program has you taking your own commission clients as soon as 90 days into your journey, giving you unlimited earning potential and the ability to build your dream clientele as you go. Overseen by our Head Stylist and Redken Artist Liz Arnold and supplemented by our Social Media Manager and Co-Owner Ruby Sanders, this program is for anyone wanting to slow down and become truly grounded in the principles of growth.

As a Redken salon owned by Redken Artists we are looking for stylists who believe that continued education is essential to keeping yourself inspired and motivated behind the chair and are committed to continuous learning and growth.

Our ultimate goal is to have a strong positive team of mentorship within the salon to help teach and grow our other staff to create a collaborative work environment.

Leadership in our salon is determined not by level or years of experience but by nomination from other members of your salon team. This ensures that leadership positions are given to stylists already making an impact on our team.

We know that as a stylist we always need to be providing new and exciting techniques for our clients and one of the best ways to keep us inspired is through education.

We provide in salon education regularly both through our in-salon educators, and bringing in top Redken educators in our industry.

We also provide support for all of our staff to attend outside education of their choice to help further their career goals.

Commission Bonuses

We get it, you've got bills to pay, and we want to help you earn enough to live the life you want.

At Archer House we offer not only commission and price increases with every promotion but also weekly commission goals that can increase your commission by up to 8%. We also offer a set commission percentage on all retail sales as well as referral rewards, client loyalty rewards, and in- salon contests and incentives to help drive sales to you!

Personal Branding Education

As stylists ourselves we know the importance of personal branding and social media. Utilizing these tools is one of the fastest ways we can grow as a stylist, and we are so lucky to have our Co-Owner Ruby Sanders to provide in-depth coaching to help them utilize these tools to grow and build their own personal brand and style behind the chair.

Your clients come to you for YOU and we want to make sure your own special vibe shines through to attract your dream clients to your chair.

One-on One Coaching

What you can see you can control and we want to make sure that you are always aware of everything going on in your personal business behind the chair.

We offer quarterly one-on-one meetings to check in on your numbers and goals to make sure your growth plan is working like it should, and to provide any support needed to help you level up your career.

Additional meetings are available with either or both owners at any time and we also have regular salon-wide team meetings to help make sure we are always all on the same page and to celebrate each other's wins!
