We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or missed without proper notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total, charged to the card on file.
Clients who arrive 15 minutes late or more may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the same 50% cancellation fee, as sufficient time may no longer be available to complete the service properly.
For safety and comfort, no extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment unless the child is receiving a service. In such cases, a parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the duration of the service.
We do not offer refunds for any services rendered. All service sales are final.
Before each appointment, your stylist will conduct a thorough consultation to establish a clear and agreed-upon goal for the day’s service.
Adjustments will only be considered if there was a clear mistake or issue with the desired result. Adjustments will not be made if:
• The result matches what was discussed but the client simply does not like it
• The style does not fit their lifestyle or maintenance routine
• The client alters their hair in any way post-service outside of the salon (e.g., applying additional color, using bleach, toners, etc.)
• The client is dissatisfied with the lightness of the result when it was previously discussed that their goal would require multiple sessions to safely achieve
Clients must notify the salon within 72 hours of their original appointment to be eligible for an adjustment.
All adjustments must be performed within 2 weeks of the original service date. After this timeframe, a new appointment and full service charge will apply.
Your stylist will provide capes and towels and take great care to protect your clothing. Due to the nature of hair services (including color, lightener, and chemicals), we cannot be held responsible for damage to clothing, accessories, or personal items.
We love showcasing our work! By scheduling with us, you give the salon and stylist permission to take and share photos and/or videos of your hair for marketing, portfolio, and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, the salon’s website, and promotional materials. Your name or personal information will never be shared without your consent.
Appointment reminders and confirmations are provided as a courtesy. Failure to confirm your appointment does not cancel it. All scheduled appointments remain booked and are subject to our no-show and cancellation policy even without manual confirmation.
When you provide your mobile phone & email number through our Vagaro booking system, you may choose to receive text or email communications from Archer House Salon.
Your phone number is used only to provide customer service communications related to your appointments and interactions with our salon, including appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and responses to your inquiries.
We do not use SMS for promotional or marketing campaigns.
SMS consent is collected through Vagaro during account registration or booking. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your communication preferences within your Vagaro account.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers is limited to what is necessary to operate our booking and communication systems.
