What to Expect
Your client experience doesn't end with your booking! Here's an in depth walkthrough of what to expect when you come to visit!
Pre-Visit:
- Be on the lookout for your confirmation texts and emails to ensure that you have all the information you need for your appointment!
- Find your perfect inspo pics taking into consideration natural level, texture, length and density.
- Questions can be sent to us at any time at 512-387-9799
- Once you arrive a stylist will check you in, you can relax in our waiting area until your stylist is ready to begin!
Your First Appointment:
- While you are waiting, please feel free to browse our retail shopping area or use the restroom before you get started
- Once seated you and your stylist will have an in-depth consultation to discuss your hair goals and craft your three-visit journey. This helps you and your stylist create a gameplan to attain your hair goals not just for the day but for your next appointments going forward so you can feel confident that you and your stylist are on the same page and working towards the same goal: your dream hair!
- Your stylist will also ensure you are fully educated on how to take care of your new hair in between appointments, which will set your stylist up for success moving forward.
- At Archer House Salon we believe in up-front pricing and thorough communication, pricing will be discussed before the start of any service.
- Your stylist will also take before photos of your hair to help chart your hair journey, if you have a transition video started, let us know! We'd love to help unveil your new look to the world.
- We have a selection of bevarages and snacks available to you at any time during your appointment, just let your stylist know what you would like!
Check Out:
- Once your hair is done your stylist will do a full debrief to make sure you are 100% happy with your results!
- Recommended home care will be pulled for you
- After pictures/content taken and you will be ready for checkout!
- Your recommended return appointment will be set up for you if desired or your name will be added to our VIP list and you will be reached out to when your recommended return time approaches.
- Show off that new look! We love when our clients post and tag us showing off our hard work, keep a lookout on your stylist's page to see your hair be featured!
